Knowledge is necessary but not sufficient. A few concrete actions any Filipino can take.

Report what you know

If you have first-hand knowledge of irregularities in flood control or other infrastructure projects, the Office of the Ombudsman accepts complaints from the public.

Check projects in your area

The DPWH publishes project information by region and district. If a flood control project is recorded in your area, ask whether it actually exists, what condition it's in, and who built it.

Register to vote, then vote

The clearest accountability mechanism is the ballot. Confirm your registration with the Commission on Elections; encourage friends and family to do the same.

Share the record

Send this site to one person who has not seen it. Ordinary public awareness is the precondition for political consequence.

Contribute to the record

Money Trail PH is open source. The code, the content, and the editorial playbooks live on GitHub. Submit a new event, correct a fact, add a denial, archive a dying URL, or fix a typo.
